How to Choose Sweat Gear
Choose by workout, coverage and fit. The smallest size or greatest coverage is not automatically the best option.
Choose Your Coverage
Decide where you want the garment to sit and how much of the body it should cover.
Match the Product to the Workout
A sleeveless vest may allow more shoulder movement, a jacket adds arm coverage, and a full-body jumpsuit changes ventilation and range of motion. Consider the exact activity before choosing.
Select the Garment Type
Compare sauna shirts, sweat vests, jackets, waist trimmers, sweat shorts, targeted wraps and full-body sweat suits. Each provides a different balance of coverage and movement.
Use the Correct Size Chart
Measure the chest or bust, waist and hip as required. Full-body products may also require torso and inseam measurements. Never size down solely to increase heat or compression.
Plan Safe Use
Begin with a manageable session, stay aware of temperature and hydration, and stop if you feel dizzy, weak, unusually short of breath or overheated.
